Heanor Town

Our neighbours , Heanor Town have been forced to play six games in nine days to catch up their remaining games. They still have two matches to play on Mon 7th May and Tue 8th May. 


Tue  24th April 18   Stouports Swifts    (A)     Lost 1-2
Wed 25th April 18   Long Eaton Utd     (H)     Lost 1-2
Thu  26th April 18   Coleshill Town       (H)     Lost 1-3
Sat  28th April 18    Sporting Khalsa     (A)    Lost  2-3
Mon 30th April 18   South Normanton   (H)    Lost  0-1
Wed  2nd May 18   Shepshed Dynamo (H)    Lost 1-5

Before this sequence of losses Heanor had won five on the bounce.

What has happened to Heanor Town?  They lost their last two matches to the two teams at the bottom of their league making it seven consecutive defeats to end their season. They lost 5-0 to Haughmond then 6-1 to bottom club Rocester.
