Apparently the Roms have several new players brought in by their new manager. They are determined to pull away from the relegation zone so should be a good match this afternoon

First Ilkeston corner won by Reeves but comes to nothing. Rickford heads clear from Romulus free kick into goalmouth. No chances yet. 5 minutes

Rickford has a chase but gets blocked off. Good play by Walker but his cross is intercepted. Again good work by Walker but he misplaces his pass into the area. Reeves cross collected by keeper under pressure. 0-0 11 minutes

Nice move involving White but defender deflects it for a corner . Walker's corner comes back off the bar to Shaw who fires over. Free kick to Romulus 10 yards outside area. Baker has to concede a corner. Romulus find the net but offside flag is up. 0-0 16 minutes

Walker tries to put Reeves through but his pass is too hard. Harris shoots over for Romulus. Good move by Ilkeston and Reeves is robbed as about to shoot. Big scramble in Roms goal mouth just before half time whistle.
