Its nearly kickoff time. 30 odd Ilkeston Juniors are forming a guard of honour for the two teams coming onto to the field. The players are out. Ilkeston in all red Highgate are in all pink.

Great early chance for Ilkeston but they fluff it. Think it was Alex Marshall one on one with keeper. Keeper did well. Ilkeston break and Highgate defender has to handle to stop the attack. 0-0 5 minutes

Wonderful saving tackle by Shaw stops Addagio. Highgate producing some good moves but no chances so far. Dixon bundled over but ref just gives a corner. 0-0 12 minutes

Taylor caught offside to end spell of Highgate possession. DIxon shot well held by Catlow. Highgate are strong and physical.It's going to be a tough game. Corner to Highgate. Diving header by Palmer but it's off target. 25 minutes 0-0

Great tackle by Baker as Highgate retaliate. Goalless so far at Romulus v Walsall Wood

What a lucky escape for Highgate - shot hits a defender on the line. Ought to be 2-0 but its not. Great save by Mitchell ball comes back to Moore and his shot is deflected out. Then at the other end Reeves and Dixon combine but Dixon misses. 1-0 40 minutes

Ilkeston are edging it but Highgate look capable of scoring. Reeves can't quite break through. Long ball by Marshall finds Fyfe and he produces magic control and scores 2-0 45 minutes

Ilkeston deservedly two up. Baker has been excellent at the back winning everything with his head.

Highgate are staging a comeback. Ilkeston have gone off the boil. Fowler makes another change Fabian Smith replaced by Poalo Piliero. Perry close range shot blocked following good Ilkeston attack. Corner to Ilkeston. Fyfe takes but its eventually cleared. Perry gets past the keeper but the angle is too difficult. 3-1 80 minutes
