So based on last season's form the best teams appear to be Leek Town, Sheffield FC and Sutton Coldfield followed by Cleethorpes and Loughborough Dynamo all of whom scored over 60 points. Worksop Town who were promoted like us are also possible front runners after amassing 90 points in their promotion year.
Matthew Sykes was Worksop's top scorer with 29 league goals from 32 appearances.
Apparently Laurie Wilson made 4 appearances for Worksop last season.

Of the six teams coming into our league from last year’s Evo Stik West Division only Leek Town and Kidsgrove Athletic finished in the top half. The other four struggled in the bottom half. The eleven teams in the Evo Sik East did better last season with just Wisbech, Spalding and Carlton struggling for points.
In my opinion there is no reason why we shouldn’t be able to achieve a top six finish. I have a feeling that promoted Worksop could be one of the top teams along with Leek Town.
It would be incredible if we could earn promotion again and return to our former status in the minimum time.

By my reckoning Wisbech Town and Cleethorpes Town are the only clubs that a team from Ilkeston have not played before in next years EvoStik south East Division. We have played all the other teams in League matches except for Glossop North End who we have played in the Derbyshire Senior Cup.
I agree with Worksop Town are on the way back and are like ourselves well supported!

One of our opponents next season is Carlton Town. They finished last season in a relegation place but were given a reprieve. In recognition of their poor results especially at home where they won only 3 of 19 home games, they have made significant reductions in their season ticket prices for early purchasers. Early bird prices are Adults £100, Concessions £85 and Kids £20. Gate prices on matchday will be Adults £9, Concessions £7 and Kids £3. They have also slashed sponsorship prices.
Carlton were the worst supported club in their division last season with an average gate of 85.
Tommy Brookbanks and Mark Harvey (previously at Basford United) are the new management team at Carlton.
Chasetown FC have frozen their season ticket prices for 2019-20
Adults £130, Concessions £80, Under 16s £15
Belper Town are offering Early Bird season tickets at the following prices until 30th June; Adults £115, Concessions £65. (both £10 extra from 1st July)

CARLTON WIN AGAIN IN LATEST PRE-SEASON OUTING
Carlton made the short trip to Kimberley Miners Welfare and kept up their excellent pre-season form, but Mark Harvey and Tommy Brookbanks will be well aware, tougher tests are to follow fromSaturday August 10th.
Mamoke Akaunu made a welcome return from a long term injury, getting 45 minutes under his belt and scoring a goal in the process.
Tom Maddison, Danny Elliot and Luke Smithson were also all on the scoresheet in Carlton’s 4-0 win at Kimberley.
The season ticket sales count is making for interesting reading and the club can confirm another one sold today taking the total to 26 and certainly justifying the Chairman’s decision to extend the early bird period.
Carltonare hoping they can hit the 30 mark, with one week to go and the club are hoping their average crowd will climb back above the 100 mark this season and that they can hit the 4K mark for followers on Twitter.
Carltonplay their final pre-season next Saturday 3rd August when Belper United are the visitors with a 1.30pm kick off.
Carlton will also launch their new Tote competition at the game and details will follow on this website in the coming days.
Last season Carlton Town avoided relegation with a reprieve, Under Mark Havey and Tommy Brookbanks this season looks much more promising.
Last five Pre season results :
27 July - Kimberley MW 0 Carlton Town 4
23 July - Gedling MW 0 Carlton Town 3
20 July - Carlton Town 3 Shildon 0
16 July - Radford 0 Carlton Town 3
13 July - Carlton Town 2 Hucknall 2
