Market Drayton Town have the worst home record in the NPL South East Division. They have lost 12 of their 13 home matches conceding 40 goals in the process. Their only home victory was a 2-1 win against Wisbech and their biggest home defeat was 9-2 against Cleethorpes.
Their biggest away defeat was 7-0 at Loughborough Dynamo. Probably their best wins were two 1-0 away successes at Spalding and Glossop.
Market Drayton are the worst supported team in the league. Their average home attendance is 112. Their biggest gate so far this season was 160 against Leek Town. Their lowest gate was last Saturday when 74 attended their match against Stocksbridge.

We need to keep it on the ground and try and play through them as its going to be very very windy! If we play our short passing we should be too good for them. Fingers crossed!!

Apparently the Market Drayton pitch is ok at present but the planned pitch inspection is in case the promised deluge from StormDennis tomorrow materialises. The weather forecast for Market Drayton shows rain commencing from 7am and continuing for the rest of the day. Lets hope the rain does not become heavy until after the match. The worst of the rain is forecast from 7pm Saturday evening throught to 9am Sunday morning.
Only Market Drayton and Leek Town have tweeted about pitch inspections so far.

Saturday 7th March 2020, Ilkeston Town and Market Drayton Town both have no match so ideally the fixture could be re-arranged for that date.
