This is how Football Web Pages have predicted our league to finish.
Leek Champions by 3 points
Stamford v Carlton and Belper v Cleethorpes in the playoffs
6th placed Sheffield are 9 points adrift of the playoffs
Only 4 points separate the teams between 6th and 10th
Maximum points Ilkeston can get is 64

I would have taken 9th at start of the season but at the end of September we were sitting in a good position.
Stamford v leek is the last game of the season at Stamford. I would like it to go to the end of the season and keep the league title race interesting.
There is a lot of football to be played and I think a host of team can still make the play offs.
Stamford to win the league
Leek,cleethorpes, Belper and Sutton coalfield to make the play offs
Carlton have to many games to pull in and anymore bad weather they will find it hard to pull in all of their games in hand. It wouldn't surprise me that they are not already playing Saturday,Tuesday,Thursday Saturday.

Leek must still be favourites despite losing to the mighty Ilson! At the start of the season I would been more than happy with just having a football team to watch. I think Leek to win the title and Stamford to win the play offs. After my prediction on Saturday I am getting confident now! I did notice Skillo had the same prediction! We must have a telepathic connection. He has not spoke to me for at least two years.

I agree with Alex regarding Carlton Town. They have to play 16 matches and there's only 8 Saturdays between now and the end of the season. It's very hard to keep winning when you're playing so many midweek matches.
Same applies to Belper. they have to play 15 matches with 8 Saturdays left.
I was surprised to see Sheffield in 6th position. Football Web Pages have predicted Sheffield picking up 26 points from their remaining 12 matches (8 wins, 2 draws, 2 defeats). That's a very big ask for a team who have scored only 34 points from 26 matches so far.

As Alex said Stamford play Leek in the last game of the season. Football Web Pages have predicted a draw so if Stamford won they would be top on goal difference.
Having said that Stamford have quite a testing run in. Their final 12 fixtures include Belper twice, Kidsgrove away, Carlton away, Sutton Coldfield twice, as well as Leek.
If promotion goes down to the last match it would be like Ilkeston's final match last season.
