I think the expected statement from Boris on Sunday could give non-league some indication of when football might realistically return.
I can't see how non-league teams with half decent crowds are going to get around the present social distancing measures any time soon. However I can see clubhouses not opening till Christmas at the earliest and god forbid restrictions on how many you can let in the ground and where they can stand or sit. Unlike the Premier League non league clubs are unlikely  to be able to play behind closed doors, broadcast games and test staff!
I think we are going to have to be very patient and watch live South Korean or German on the telly!
