    Predictions

    After due consideration of last year performances and this year's signings, these are my predictions for the NPL Premier Division and South East Division : 

    Premier Division
    I'm predicting Buxton and Matlock will both do well after some big spending on players.

    1   South Shields
    2   FC United
    3   Morpeth
    4   Buxton
    5   Matlock


    South East Division
    Ilkeston and Worksop both have big ambitions and should be challenging last season's stand out teams

    1   Leek
    2   Stamford
    3   Ilkeston
    4   Cleethorpes
    5   Worksop

    I had Basford, Warrington and Gainsborough just outside of the playoffs .

    I know putting Buxton and Matlock in the top five will look ridiculous to some, but wait and see. 

    I may be proved wrong of course but i'm reliably informed that both of our Derbyshire neighbours are really going for promotion in a big way.
