    By the end of August with five matches played, we should have an early idea of who the promotion contenders are likely to be. Each of my nine most likely teams will have played two or three of the other contenders by then.

    Is there a team that I haven’t given due credit to? There are several teams that we know very little about . 
    Chasetown could be a dark horse as could Bedworth United.

    The two promoted teams. Shepshed and Sporting Khalsa are both used to winning most of their matches.
    Coleshill have had a good pre-season as have Wisbech. Histon have had to recruit virtually a new team. 
    The team we know least about is Yaxley because there is so little on their website.
